Our Rates*
Normal weekday hours (Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5:00pm)
Labour – $100 per hour
Charged at a minimum of 1 hour, then in 15 minute increments.
Within urban areas, labour is charged when travelling to the job.
For Rural areas, labour is charged when travelling to the job and back to the urban boundary.
After hours – weekdays (before 7:30am and after 5:00pm) and weekends
$100 one off call out charge
Labour $200 per hour

Labour is charged from when the Tradesman starts travel to the job, through to when he has returned to the office.

Vehicle charges
Vehicle charges are charged by zone on a one-off basis to cover the cost of vehicle service and maintenance and fuel costs to reach and return from the destination.

- Zone 1 (Up to 20kms from our office) = $40
- Zone 2 (20 to 40kms from our office) = $50
- Zone 3 (40 to 60kms from our office) = $60
- Zone 4 (Over 60kms from our office) = $100
Other standard charges
- Rubbish removal (minimum charge) – $20
- Drain Jetter usage – $55
- Drain camera usage – $90
- Thermal leak detection unit – $150
- Central Heating Power Flush unit – $150
- Gas Certificates – $50 – $100
